At Zircon Layers, we want your shopping experience to be seamless. Below you’ll find our delivery timelines, return conditions, and refund policies designed to keep things simple and fair.
Delivery Timelines
• Sindh: Orders delivered within 3 business days.
• Interstate (Karachi → Punjab, KPK, Balochistan): Delivery within 7–8 business days.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected.
• Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
• Refunds are not granted for washed, used, or damaged items unless due to manufacturing defects.
